Thanks for this, Andrew! That comparison of the river levels makes me cringe really hard - we're in such a bad spot already this year :(
Does anyone know where the Providence Living place will be located? Is that the one going in on Foothills? Also I am intensely curious about the status of the Hub property at Ospika and Tyner - what the heck is happening with that these days?
The 200 bed facility will be constructed in College Heights on land that is being donated by the Catholic Church up there (I’m thinking next to Walmart/Home Depot).
That Hub property seems to be dead in the water for now as they wanted to change gears and build seniors housing instead, the city said no to that. Now it’s a horrible eyesore.
Ah, cool - thank you!! I do recall that the developers of the Foothillls property asked the city for some sort of variance (setback? number of parking spaces? something like that) and it might still be stalled due to the city's response (which I think was "no")
Can’t wait to see Little Shop of Horrors! Such a good story

ohh.. I think that Foothills one is also a go now, I recall seeing it on a recent council agenda. We definitely need the seniors housing to increase.
